**JOB PURPOSE**
This is an exciting role to lead and raise the consumer digital experience, maximizing the impact of our brands thru digital excellence, social community growth, digital partnerships and building digital capabilities. The role will work very closely with the Marketing Team, agencies and partners, with the objective to shape and land digital strategy, elevate the impact of our brands in digital and ensure executional excellence of key projects, in innovative and impactful ways across the digital ecosystem.
**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
- Responsible for building Digital Strategy and the Digital Transformation agenda for our Ice Cream brands in Spain
- Responsible for building capabilities to pioneer in the consumer market while replicating best practices cross brands with speed and agility.
- Responsible for raising the bar in digital excellence, ensuring we are top of class when it comes to digital mandatories, ensuring DBA’s are well deployed, being effortless to buy & always on through performance marketing, maximizing ROI, optimitation and evaluation of digital activities.
- Responsible (together with Brand Managers) for strengthen and ensuring brands consistency across digital platforms (such as search, social, connected packs, QR code touchpoint and beyond) and elevating the consumer experience through seamless journey continuously.
- Drive creative transformation and being visionary in setting new tools & new digital brand activations (including AI, creative technology, leading pilots, etc) to make our brands stronger and cooler for our audiences
- Lead the social media strategy and facilitate best execution standards, in areas such as building communities and developing partnerships to extend digital reach, working with digital specialists and brand managers to achieve it.
- Work closely with digital and creative agencies, media team, and project leaders to shape the key projects in the most impactful way.
- Lead the digital agenda in Performance Marketing and Data Analytics.
- Drive digital effectiveness and efficiencies via optimizing the media and execution mix, through the best use of data, digital tools, and technology to deliver seamless and connected consumer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Get the brands to “stand out in culture” - Being the lead for social media where the brands get incredible insights into culture. The role will require to constantly identify opportunities for innovation or experiences to reach a variety of consumer targets.
- Responsible for guarding the TOV of our brands in the digital ecosystem, and particularly building engaged communities through social media.
- Inspire, empower and be catalyst of digital best practices and capabilities of marketing teams.
