Head of Sales
to lead our
Electrical Safety Solutions
Business Unit’s commercial activities across all international markets, managing around 15 to 20 sales professionals to support boosting sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in engineering environments, enjoys building momentum, and knows how to inspire a worldwide team toward ambitious goals.
Global Objectives
Define the business unit's sales strategy and corresponding action plans, in close cooperation with the technical product line managers, the product marketing department, business development manager and in line with BU’s growth strategy.
Develop and manage the sales team and all sales activities on new and existing products.
Expand footprint of Electrical Safety Solutions products in existing and new industry sectors and regions.
Support the product line managers and the marketing department in developing the product economics.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales operations and develop sales strategies in line with top management approved budgets and BU action plans.
Lead promotion, acquisition, and portfolio management efforts.
