Zinia is the new checkout lending platform of the Santander Group. Zinia makes shopping simple, offering the possibility of splitting payments into interest-free installments in a fast and transparent way, powering merchants across Europe using technology from Openbank and Santander Consumer Finance.

Zinia leverages the technological resources and expertise of Openbank, the digital-native bank of the Santander Group, which is currently rolling out its international expansion plans. Through a simple and flexible banking model, Openbank offers customers the possibility to manage their finances on the website or app.
Mission and responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager of Zinia Collections your main responsibilities will include:
* Manage Collections tasks for Zinia projects.
* Interact and align the Collections strategy with the SCF local Collections teams in the different geographies where Zinia develops its activity.
* Define the policies and functional requirements of Collections in Zinia projects.
* Supervise the correct implementation in the systems of the different strategies of Collections in the different programs of Zinia.
To be successful in the role you must have:
* +8 years of experience in a similar role.
* University or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Business Administration.
* Credit admission models: how they are built, which variables are used, which external sources are consulted, etc...
* Consumer goods financing (personal loans, point-of-sale financing, credit cards...).
* Financial data management: credit portfolio monitoring and model performance monitoring.
* Experience in digital business and processes: FinTechs or digital departments of traditional banks.
* Experience in risk analysis of retail operations, with experience in international markets being particularly valued.
* Basic programming skills, preferably in SQL and Python.
* Experience working in agile environments will be a plus!
* English C1 level.
