For the role of IT Delivery Manager we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.The responsibilities include:Represent Vodafone ERP Delivery team towards Group Function, Local Markets, and System IntegratorsDeliver within plan and budget any systems / application changes to support the solution.Drive simplification for local solutions through analyse and design phases with support Product ManagersDesign Closure: follow up with Business, Product Managers and other teams involved on the Design Phase and make sure that the design is clear, all the relevant documents are approved in SolMan and that the approval flow is fully managedWork with Infrastructure Team and make sure that all the Infrastructure activities are properly addressed and monitoredTest preparation: make sure that the test scope is defined and approved, identify the business name responsible for the test activities, verify that the full test preparation has been completedTest execution: make sure that the test execution start as expected, verify the execution progresses and follow up with the SI and test team on defect resolution statusVerify with the Business, for each demand, if there are role impacts.Make sure that a proper KT is planned from SI to Operation teamVerify that all the steps needed for CAB approval have been completed and that the demand is ready to be deploySupport transition to business as usual : Knowledge transfer and transformation of local IT teams to target ERP DomainManagement and control of EVO IT delivery with Systems Integrator, local markets and Global IT resourcesWhat you bringExperience and expertise of ERP systemsS/4 Hana skills on following modules: SAP S/4 Hana, FI, MM, P2P.
(Desirable)2 to 5 years e xperience in delivering complex ERP projects in international environment.Track record of successful service provider integration and delivery management in an international context serving multipleAvailability to travel, based on the project demands content and dimension (max.once a month), to Local Markets or to Vodafone Global services officeBonus on top of the gross salary.Meal voucher (Ticket Restaurant), additional to gross salary.Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, and an intensive schedule on Fridays.Intensive Summer Schedule during July and August.Up to 20 days per year of 100% remote work from other locations.Private Health and Life Insurance for employees.25 vacation days, plus December 24th and 31st off.Access to an online learning platform for continuous training.
