CMS Content Editor Analyst (Pharmaceutical Sector)
Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a CMS Content Editor Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
Main tasks
Content Management
Create, edit, and publish content using Drupal CMS across multiple corporate websites.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and legal/compliance requirements.
Manage metadata, tags, and URL structures to optimize content discoverability.
Monitor published content for accuracy, broken links, and expiration dates.
Collaborate with business stakeholders from different geographical markets to understand content needs and priorities.
Global Communication & Collaboration
Liaise with cross-functional teams across various time zones and cultures.
Gather requirements from regional teams and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Work closely with marketing teams and external design agencies to validate and implement content assets.
Documentation & Training
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Drupal tasks, workflows, and publishing best practices.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient content management.
Web Development & Technical Support
Understand fundamental web development concepts (HTML, CSS).
Collaborate with IT and QA teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to content.
Manage content lifecycle including updates, maintenance, and enhancements.
Project Management Tools
Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
Support MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes through integration with Veeva Vault or similar systems.
Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in web content management, preferably using Drupal CMS.
Proficiency in Drupal (content types, views, taxonomy, workflows).
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.
Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with experience using content performance tools and reports.
Experience working in regulated environments and with MLR review processes.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, global environment.
