Our future Legal / Privacy Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. As the Legal / Privacy Operations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer Service team, privacy and legal team to improve our internal processes and provide valuable feedback on product performance.
Responsibilities :
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust through work as GDPR compliance.
* Act as the “voice of the customer”, working with the product and Business Growth team to help improve the company’s services and bring the best mobile experience to customers.
* Proactively flag efficiency lacks, providing upward feedback and communicating regularly with supervisors and managers.
* Handle and reply to customer requests in a timely manner and provide an analytical report to the Head of Customer Service and Chief Privacy Officer.
* Work closely with the privacy team to improve processes so that customers can execute their rights.
* Produce and develop a data protection training program, including training materials, for specific business units.
Minimum Requirements :
* 2+ years of experience working in a customer experience / operations role, preferably in legal or data protection projects.
* Familiar with working in a multicultural environment with excellent communication skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and with great attention to detail.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting is highly valuable.
Fluency in English and Italian is required.
* Bachelor’s degree holder (master’s degree holders are preferred). General knowledge on GDPR, especially related to data subjects’ rights handling and / or CIPP / E certification is highly valued.
