We are creating an embedded accounting proposition that enables organisations serving small businesses to integrate accounting functionality directly into their platforms — creating seamless experiences and real customer value. As Business Development Lead (Spain), you will play a central role in launching and scaling this new business in the Spanish market. This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of the partnership lifecycle — from market mapping and prospect engagement to solution co‐design, commercial negotiation, and successful launch.

Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and SaaS platforms serving small businesses in Spain
Own the full business development lifecycle: origination → discovery → solution shaping → negotiation → signed agreement → launch
Educate prospective partners on the value of embedded accounting and build compelling commercial cases
Co‐design partnership models that create value for both partners and their SME customers
Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities
Collaborate xiphteb with product, technical, and subject matter experts to bring partnerships to life
Contribute to go‐to‐market strategy and help refine our value proposition based on market feedback
