Revlon, a leading international beauty company, is seeking to hire a Sr. Brand Manager, Global, for the Personal Care division.

This global role combines strategic thinking and operational execution, with frequent interaction with international teams and multiple markets.


Main Responsibilities


* Define and develop the global brand strategy.
* Monitor and analyze the category performance in the markets where the brands operate.
* Identify global business growth opportunities and new development areas.
* Lead innovation and New Product Development (NPD) projects, including reformulation and product launches.
* Support international markets in implementing the global brand strategy.
* Analyze market and consumer data (sell-in, sell-out) using tools such as Nielsen, Circana, or similar platforms.
* Identify market trends and insights through analytical tools and data platforms.
* Manage brand transformation projects with a strong project management approach.
* Develop brand content and assets, including digital and social media campaigns.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, markets, etc.) to drive projects forward.
* Monitor P&L and return on investment for marketing initiatives in a data-driven and financially oriented environment.
* Lead key projects and represent the brand to international markets.


Profile Required


* University degree; postgraduate studies in Marketing or an MBA are valued.
* 3–4 years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG companies.
* Bilingual level of English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in product innovation and development, including product launches or portfolio renewal projects.
* Experience working with multiple markets and international teams.
* Experience developing marketing campaigns, including digital and social media.
* Experience managing brand projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, sell-in, sell-out, and P&L.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with international markets. xqbhyrx
