As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a CRM Executive in Ceuta to join its 777 CRM & Marketing Team.
Here, you’ll spend your time building unbreakable relationships with our Acquisition, Marketing, Social, Commercial, Data, Insights, Design, Content, Games and Tech teams. All by using your insight, knowledge and problem‑solving skills to bring our brand to an upper level. Build and execute exciting marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioral change objectives.
Anayzing\ A/B tests and suggesting changes to improve overall campaign performance.
Work closely with the BI team to constantly improve targeting and campaign performance.
Work closely with the creative/studio team to deliver exciting on brand content.
Reporting on campaign performance and providing insightful feedback to the marketing team and management.
Support the Marketing team in the planning and performance of all communications to Spanish customers.
Primarily Email, SMS & Web Messages.
Deliver weekly and monthly reporting which deliver on all Customer Marketing KPIs and with a clear focus on retention, activation and reactivation.
Contribute to culture of continuous improvement by assisting with pilot projects to test new approaches / technology to optimize campaigns, testing and informing wider team once successful.
Always keeping customer experience at the forefront of your mind when building communications.
Ensure comms are always within the Spanish compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Data literate and comfortable in using data to make better decisions.
Knowledge of CRM systems and processes (software, planning tools & Excel).
Ability to work accession raw data to analyze campaigns and draw useful conclusions.
An interest and previous experience in Gaming (Casino & Sports betting)
Exceptional project and time management – Highly organized and focused, ability to deal with multiple tasks, stakeholders or problems at the same time.
Native Spanish speaker and high level in English.
Full time and permanent contract, Competitive salary and generous bonus scheme
