About the job
Dawn Foods seeks a dedicated professional to develop and maintain sales within the Industrial segment. The role involves seeking new business opportunities, managing current accounts, and participating in cluster budgeting and sales policy implementation.
Job Purpose And Overview
The successful candidate will focus on the commercial development of customer relationships, with a primary focus of 80%, and will be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets, developing effective business plans, and managing key accounts to ensure profitable growth.
Fundamentals of the Position
1. Focus on commercial development of customer relationships.
2. Prepare and implement objectives and budgets in collaboration with N+1.
3. Create shared business plans for key customers.
4. Achieve sales and margin targets.
5. Identify and develop new profitable business opportunities.
6. Communicate Dawn's capabilities effectively to customers.
7. Manage assigned accounts efficiently and profitably.
8. Enhance industry knowledge continuously.
9. Develop internal relationships across departments.
10. Provide timely feedback for personal development.
11. Conduct sales analysis and complete reports as required.
12. Complete weekly and monthly reports concisely and on time.
13. Coordinate with other departments and provide management reports.
14. Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
15. Collaborate with NPD and marketing teams for new product development.
16. Control overhead expenses related to promotional activities.
17. Operate cost-effectively and monitor market trends.
18. Perform other duties as reasonably requested.
Required Qualifications and Education
* Experience in Own Brand and Branded product sales.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
* Ability to travel as needed.
* Minimum of 10 years experience in the Bakery Industry.
