Description

Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field5+ years of facilities operations or maintenance management experienceExperience coordinating maintenance and repair contractsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)U.S. Citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain required federal security clearance (Public Trust or higher as required)

Responsibilities:

Provide acquisition support including preparation of acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), market research, and analysis of alternativesSupport funding management and budget tracking, including submitting purchase requisitions and tracking obligations in financial systems such as SAPTrack and manage project costs within TRIRIGA (or successor system) and ensure monthly updates to financial and project recordsCoordinate and prepare monthly Maintenance & Repair (M&R) reports detailing cost, scope, project status, modifications, and logistics supportManage facility Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) data, including facility deficiencies, maintenance contracts, and operational data within systems of recordSupport sustainment planning efforts through data trending, historical analysis, and execution planning for facility maintenance and repair requirementsMonitor maintenance work and assist in developing repair solutions for facilitiesAssist in oversight of environmental task completion and ensure proper documentation of permits, warranties, and equipment recordsCoordinate with Facility and Infrastructure Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, project managers, and financial teams to support operational requirementsMaintain documentation and reporting within SharePoint and other federal systems of recordAssist with spend plan analysis and support current and out-year budget execution activities

Background Investigation:

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
