At Straumann Group, we understand that our growth depends on a high-performing sales team. The Sales Representative Dental Implants or Territory Manager is responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory or group of customers. The Territory Manager (f/m/d) promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers for Straumann’s portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong dental or consultative sales background, some commercial experience, be a quick learner with excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively showcase Straumann Group’s offerings. Every potential customer is an opportunity to boost revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Objectives of this Role

* Engage prospects through outbound calling and digital outreach (Teams, Zoom, telephone) and face-to-face meetings as required to build relationships with key decision-makers, identify their needs, and conduct needs analysis.
* Manage existing accounts remotely and face-to-face to ensure demand continuity and portfolio growth.
* Represent Straumann Group products and services, understanding customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
* Overcome objections and communicate value propositions convincingly to key decision-makers.
* Generate leads and nurture relationships to find new opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
* Contribute to organizational success by generating leads for the broader team.
* Identify upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
* Support coverage of vacant territories remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

* Seek new business opportunities via phone, social media, and email to generate sales leads across the portfolio.
* Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts remotely and face-to-face.
* Qualify leads quickly, within 24 hours, via telephone.
* Provide quotes and close sales using appropriate technology.
* Drive attendance at educational events through outbound calling.
* Utilize CRM and other tools diligently for data accuracy and sales tracking.

Required Capabilities, Skills, and Qualifications

* Experience in the dental sector, helping practices grow their business, is highly advantageous.
* Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets, quoting, and closing deals.
* Self-motivated and highly driven.
* Excellent listening and communication skills in Spanish; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
* Quick learner of digital technology.
* Organized, detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills.
* Ability to track and measure sales progress and results.
* Understanding of the sales process, prospect research, and solution offering.
* Resilient, with an excellent telephone manner for outbound calling.
* Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
* Reflects the brand reputation ethically and professionally.
* Team-oriented with a desire to learn and succeed.
* Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
