We are currently seeking a passionate Sales & Events Manager to join our team in COYA Barcelona.
Experience required:
* Advanced knowledge of SevenRooms.
* Maximizing revenue by converting inquiries, recognizing business prospects, and upselling.
* Staying up-to-date with market trends through analysis of data, building strategic approaches, and preparing performance forecasts.
* Adjusting sales strategies based on market conditions, proposing new ideas to increase revenue, and collaborating with the marketing department.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic, with the ability to work as part of a team.
* Strong relationship-building skills at all levels, including with guests.
* Previous management experience in a high-end brand, preferably multi-site.
* Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
* A keen interest in professional development.
* Friendly, attentive, and passionate about hospitality and customer service.
* Ability to work under pressure and be solution-focused when challenges arise.
