Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and optimize the Europe Transport and Logistics Panel within Forvia, driving productivity and cost efficiency across the supply base. You will shape purchasing strategy by taxonomy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage supplier performance and contracts to meet regional and program goals. The position blends strategic planning, supplier negotiation, and global logistics with hands-on delivery of process improvements and innovation adoption (EV, hydrogen, autonomous driving). assign status per Groupcriteria - Define Purchasing strategy by Taxonomy with Taxonomy Leaders - Drive transport productivity and supplier plan optimization - Manage global productivity of the panel and supplier performance by Taxonomy - Develop tools to improve global supplier productivity - Identify transport synergies and cost/inventory reduction with PC&L - Negotiate and apply Framework and General agreements with suppliers - Ensure budget achievement per Region and BG policies - Organize calendars for VA/VE workshops with PC&L and regional teams - Maintain mandatory documentation (GPC, QAA, SRM, Ecovadis, D&B, risk assessment) - Consolidate overdue management and standardize processes per BG - Coordinate acquisitions matrices for Programs with Costing and Transport Cost Model - Publish quarterly spend reports by taxonomy - Monitor regional Transport commodity results - Coordinate advances in Programs and support costing targets - Attend and coordinate supplier meetings for main panel suppliers - Investigate and deploy market innovations (EV, Hydrogen, autonomous driving) - Track raw material evolution and price list indexingResponsabilidades - Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering - Experience in automotive industry logistics - Knowledge of MS Office - English language mandatory - Precision, punctuality, objective-focused - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills - Ability to plan and organize short/mid term - Autonomy and quick decision-making in day-to-day transport matters - Good communication and ability to work under stress - Understanding of transport impact on Faurecia's supply chain contextRequisitos principales - training opportunities via FORVIA University - multicultural environment - global collaboration - diversity and inclusion initiatives - focus on sustainability and Net Zero goals
