Business Development Associate – CDMO BiologicsLocation: Madrid, HibridmAbxience is a global biopharmaceutical company committed to innovation and excellence in the development and manufacturing of biotechnological medicines. Support the growth of mAbxience's CDMO Biologics business by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, supporting client interactions, coordinating proposals, and assisting with BD activities. This is an early‐career commercial role with strong development potential in biotech environment.

Support lead generation and qualification for CDMO biologics opportunities (early‐stage innovators, small-mid biotechs, academic spin‐offs).Participate in industry conferences and networking events to build relationships and generate leads (e.g., Assist with preparation of commercial decks, RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and follow-up with prospects.Participate in client calls and BD meetings with senior team members. Coordinate internally with R&D, MSAT, QC, Manufacturing and PM to collect information for proposals.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.~–3 years of experience in Biologics CDMO (strongly preferred) or biopharma commercial/technical roles.~ Basic understanding of biologics development (CLD, USP/DSP, analytics). Exposure to pharmaceutical development/manufacturing.~ Expertise in MS Office, knowledge on AI tools will be a plus~ Fluent English (mandatory).~ Existing network in biotech.Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Flexible start time from Monday to Friday (full-time).~ Permanent contract.~ Development plans, internal mobility policy.~ We will continue with an in-person/virtual interview depending on availability and what we agree upon; there may be one or two interviews in the process, and depending on the type of process, there may also be some kind of test. xsgfvud Follow us on social media like LinkedIn/Instagram and stay tuned for any offers we may release;
