brWe design and configure xUICC (eSIM) profiles for network operators, enabling mobile devices to connect to cellular networks without physical SIM cards.

brOur work includes providing essential data to manufacturing sites and enhancing eSIM management solutions. We are also pioneering the development of the IDSP platform, setting new standards in digital profile management.

brThe Head of Toolchain Management is a key member of the DPF leadership team and reports directly to the Global Head of DPF.

brYou will lead the Toolchain Management department, drive innovation in technology design and architecture, and ensure our IT infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

brDevelop and lead the Toolchain Management department and its strategic direction.
brEstablish architecture standards, principles, and governance frameworks across DPF.
brMaintain a complete inventory of systems, tools, databases, and IT interfaces within DPF.

brEvaluate new technologies for data exchange, analytics, storage, and management.
brLead innovation and transformation in system design, architecture, and data management.
brPerformance, Risk, and Compliance
brDimension hardware and software infrastructure to meet performance KPIs and service requirements.
brPartner with portfolio management and internal stakeholders to guide architecture decisions from early project stages.
brManage the full IT and RD budget for the DPF environment.

brContinuously refine architecture processes to optimize performance and operational excellence.

br10+ years of experience in IT systems architecture, infrastructure management, or enterprise environments.
br~ Expertise in systems integration, database management, and IT infrastructure design.
br~ Strong knowledge of scalable architectures, high-performance computing, and data frameworks.
br~ Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
br~ Experience managing budgets, vendors, and make-or-buy decisions.
br~ Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/S4HANA) and RD IT landscapes is an advantage.

brExcellent leadership and team management capabilities.
brSkilled in decision-making, balancing technical, financial, and operational factors.
