Verisure (operating under the brand Securitas Direct in Spain and Portugal) is seeking an talented, innovative, proactive, motivated hands-on Workday Analyst in development to join our growing and successful Group HRIS Centre of Excellence Team to impact and help drive Verisure’s growth, through the delivery of Group HR strategy and best practices at Group level.
The HRIS Centre of Excellence is responsible for the General HR systems within Verisure, primarily Workday and Phenom People. The team implements and delivers all Global HR systems projects for the Company on an international level. In the past, the team has overseen the go live of Workday and Phenom People platform and continues to work to enhance the system and related business processes. At the same time, the team is also working on supporting adoption of the HR systems in across all the countries Verisure presents.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who already uses Workday in their daily activities and wants to grow into a Workday configuration and process optimization role.
You don’t need prior Workday configuration experience — we will provide the necessary training. What matters most is your curiosity, analytical mindset, and interest in HR technology and process improvement.
Opportunities for development for the successful candidate are substantial and there is a large potential to take other roles in the company (different areas, functions, countries, etc).

Key Responsibilities
As a Workday Analyst in the Global HRIS Centre of Excellence team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Learn and develop Workday configuration skills progressively with mentoring and hands-on practice
- Provide day-to-day support for the Workday module assigned to, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring system stability.
- Work closely with IT teams and system vendors to resolve incidents and implement fixes.
- Document requirements, testing system changes, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Oversee the governance of the Workday module assigned to, ensuring data integrity, system security, and performance optimization.
- Evaluate existing processes and system functionality to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and automation.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-user adoption of system improvements.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding system status, updates, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Workday Team to define and prioritize system enhancements, configurations, and updates to align with business needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Motivated to develop into a Workday configuration specialist through guided learning and practical exposure.
- Experience using Workday as key user or end-user in HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, or similar areas.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow design & improvement.
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn about HR technology and process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success working in multinational environments with diverse business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent customer focus / Networking / Relationship Building / Result-Driven / Self-Organized / Decision Making
- Fluent in English and Spanish is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional language proficiency in Portuguese or French is a plus.
- Experience with HR reporting or data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Participation in HR systems or process digitalization projects.
