Experteer OverviewIn this role you support Amazon's global marketplace by manageing relationships with compliance service providers and ensuring a reliable provider experience. You will build scalable governance and business continuity frameworks, driving improvements across internal and external stakeholders. You'll operate in ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership, delivering end-to-end engagements from onboarding to ongoing governance. This is a chance to shape how we partner with providers to sustain a high bar for seller and provider experiences at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Amazon's compliance service Providers
- Ensure a positive Provider experience by diagnosing issues and helping providers grow in line with compliance needs
- Define & lead negotiations with service Providers on pricing, opportunities and launches
- Scale our Provider pipeline from outreach to onboarding
- Define and own governance and mechanisms for Provider engagements and drive continuous improvement
- Report progress to leadership via WBR, QBR and WPR
- Implement business continuity operations and training for internal teams (SOPs, policies, terms and conditions, goals tracking)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Seller Account Management, Marketing) to raise the bar on Seller & Provider experiences
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in Account Management, Sales, Vendor Management, Business Development, E-Commerce, Retail, B2B, Sales Operations or Shared Service Operations
- Strong problem solving and ability to work under tight schedules
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis with ability to generate actionable insights
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and clear communication across levels of an organization
