* Exploring and helping expand to new potential business opportunities in existing and new territories in Europe to look for new business avenues.
* Meeting customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies, meeting suppliers, subcontractors, consultants to enhance market presence.
* Attending exhibitions, shows and seminars look out for information for new enquires.
* Support tendering, engineering, estimation team, contractual and participate in the pre-bid, post bid and negotiation meetings.
* Coordinating with internal teams for technical, tendering, commercial, contracts and other internal aspects required related to winning the project.
* Gather market intelligence, customer networking, development of customer relationships, drive programs to generate opportunities & leads.
* Customer, consultant main contractor engagement to present a winning proposal along with tendering team.
* Engage with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
* Ensure all the enquiries/Tenders are quoted properly & in time. Guide & check the solution.
* Protection of the interest of the organization.
* Follow up with the clients & consultants post tender to get details & work towards order booking.
Job related Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field of study is strong preferred (MBA is a plus)
* Ability to work independently and Min 50% travel.
* Ability to bridge technical know-how and customer relationships building across different levels.
* Collaborative leadership and business acumen.
* Ability to work in a cross functional and cross divisional team.
* Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics based on customer and market environment.
* High level of English & Spanish. xsgfvud Portuguese and or Italian language skills is a plus.
