Position Overview
As Marketing Specialist End‑User, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, consideration, and engagement among homeowners across Spain and Portugal. You will act as the central point of contact for all homeowner‑related marketing activities, ensuring effective execution of the Iberian marketing plan and seamless alignment with regional and global teams.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager Iberia and work closely with cross‑functional teams (local, region and global).
Key Responsibilities
1. Homeowner Awareness & Demand GenerationLead the creation and development of marketing campaigns targeted at end users : adapt regional and global homeowner campaigns to the Iberian market, ensuring relevance and impact.Drive promotional marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance.Develop and produce homeowner‑focused marketing materials (brochures, POS tools, digital assets, etc.).Support the Online Sales Organization with content and activation for the e‑shop.Coordinate with the CXU team to validate and activate media campaigns aimed at homeowners.
2. Sales Support (B2B2C)Work closely with the Managing Director and Sales Manager to align marketing and commercial initiatives.Manage giveaways, professional tools, and promotional materials for the sales team and installer network.Support field teams with marketing requests related to customers or sales activities.
3. Day‑to‑Day Marketing OperationsContribute to regional and global marketing projects.Ensure high‑quality proofreading and translation of marketing content.Maintain smooth coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Experience & Skills
4. 2–5 years of experience in marketing.
5. Solid B2C marketing background with proven impact on awareness or lead‑generation initiatives.
6. Strong project‑management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
7. Experience collaborating with sales teams.
8. Team‑oriented mindset, proactive approach, and strong organizational skills.
9. Analytical capabilities to assess performance and propose improvements.

10. Spanish: mandatory

12. Portuguese is a plus
