**Position Location**: LSG European Headquarters-Inchinnan OR Europe Remote**Position Summary**:Commercial facing data analyst required to provide support to EMEA sales organization across all GSX division, initially for aThe Decision Support Analyst II works closely with GSX sales/commercial leadership & multi-functionally to develop & standardize whole range of analytics. They will also report dotted line to the Decision Support Manager in charge of GSX division**Key Goals & Responsibilities**:- Establish data analytics reporting suite across GSX divisions. Includes:, performance to plan, sales funnel, benchmarking, gap analysis etc.- Ability to cleanse, wrangle, simplify & present large volumes of sophisticated data- Supports requirement gathering for dashboard & tool development to be implemented by Commercial Analytics/Data Science functions- Develops & incorporates new metrics- Support Monthly & Quarterly Business reviews via analytics- Collaborates cross functionality & cross divisionally at all levels of leadership, gains agreement of colleagues**How will these be achieved?**On day to day basis we face interesting & complex challenges! We identify business opportunities and convert acquired knowledge into analytical insights. We are a diverse team operating in multiple geographies. You will use wide variety of internal and external data. Collaborate with IT, finance, pricing, marketing, data science and other functional teams to achieve defined goals. Produce and maintain daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting. Use wide range of relevant technologies & tools effectively**Requirements/Qualifications**:- Expert in Microsoft Excel- IBM Cognos Analytics - proficiency using Query Studio- Experience of data visualization tools e.G. PowerBI, Tableau- Proficiency in SQL query is a plus- Relevant experience in similar role- Superb interpersonal skills & highly collaborative multi-functionally- Ability to work at speed while maintaining 100% accuracy- Ability to maintain a adaptable demeanor to changing priorities- Bachelor’s degree in related topic a plus e.G. Economics, IT, Data Science
