As our company rapidly expands, so does our legal team – and that’s why we’re looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to handle all our legal matters.

Your Responsibilities
1. Establish and Scale the Legal Function: Design, implement, and manage the foundational legal processes, policies, and best practices for the company, laying the groundwork for future legal team expansion.
2. Global Regulatory Compliance: Monitor, interpret, and advise on complex international laws and regulations related to online betting, gaming, IT, and software development across all operational jurisdictions. Ensure ongoing compliance.
3. Commercial & Technology Contracts: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of diverse and complex agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other operational contracts with global partners and clients.
4. Data Privacy & Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce data protection and privacy policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Advise on cybersecurity legal requirements and incident response.
5. External Counsel Management: Manage relationships with external law firms, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality legal support and leveraging their expertise for complex matters.
6. Corporate Governance: Advise on corporate governance best practices, manage corporate records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
7. Intellectual Property: Protect, enforce, and license the company's IP, including software, trademarks, and copyrights.
8. Risk Management & Dispute Resolution: Identify and mitigate legal risks, oversee disputes and litigation with external counsel.
9. Employment Law: Provide legal advice on international employment law matters, contracts, policies, investigations, and compliance across jurisdictions.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Corporate Legal Counsel.
* Fluent in English; Czech language skills are a plus.
* Based in the EU, preferably in the Czech Republic.
* Experience in a dynamic multinational environment.
* Proactive, independent, detail-oriented personality.
