Experteer OverviewAs Associate Director of Medical Affairs, you will lead the scientific support for the QIAStat Infectious Diseases portfolio and steer a global team of scientists and medical advisors. You will partner with regional Medical Affairs teams and cross-functional partners to shape medical strategy, risk management, and education programs. This role combines leadership, scientific rigor, and cross-border collaboration to advance diagnostics in infectious diseases. You will help drive impactful medical programs and investigator-initiated studies in a dynamic, global environment.

* Manage daily team activities, budget, planning and resources

* Lead medical risk analyses in collaboration with Post Market Surveillance
* Lead Medical Training and Medical Education programs

Responsabilidades
* Strong laboratory/medical background in infectious disease diagnostics
* Minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs experience, preferably in an IVD company
* Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
* Experience in design and development of infectious disease products
* Excellent written and verbal communication;
strong interpersonal skills
* Fluent English
* Willingness to travel globally
