Marine Fuels and Lubricant Trader Trainee Based out of Valencia (Spain), we are looking for a Marine Fuels and Lubricant Trader Trainee. Stem Fuels is a trading and distribution house dedicated to supplying ship owners with marine fuels and lubricants.
Our customers are our first priority, and our team strives to be available for them at all times. As a Trader Trainee in our company, it is important that you find our industry interesting, are willing to learn, and are committed to the work.
We will guide you through a carefully planned program so you can learn all aspects of our marine fuels and lubricant trading and distribution business over time. Your responsibilities include:
1. Developing new business and identifying prospects within marine fuels and lubricants.
2. Maintaining daily contact with prospects and suppliers.
3. Preparing quotations and relevant documents (Compliance, Credit, etc.).
4. Working with local suppliers, handling operations, and coordinating supplies with stakeholders.
5. Seeking new suppliers to enhance our supply network.
Requirements include:
1. Aiming to pursue a career in Trading and Distribution.
2. Being a social individual who enjoys communicating with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders worldwide.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish.
4. Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and dedication to supporting the team and customers, even outside normal hours.
6. Attention to detail and discipline in commercial activities.
7. Availability to work between 11:30 AM and 7:30 PM LT Spain.
