**Key Responsibilities**:
Developing the IBP strategy & process for the region, monitoring, across the 0-18 months horizon including IBP monthly cycle, integration and alignment of all key functions, alignment with finance
Achieve profitability, cash and service level targets through timely decision making in exec IBP.
Identify, define and lead initiatives that will drive significant improvements in customer satisfaction and cost savings.
Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy of the value streams and region
Ensure cost-effective, timely fulfilment for internal/external customer demand.
Setup the IBP process; ensure ownership of sr. execs incl. active participation and alignment of commercial and SC in all service, inventory and SC cost-related decisions; provide the necessary and accurate Responsible to shape the Supply and Demand Planning balancing by defining proper scenarios and its evaluation.
**We Value**:
A minimum of bachelor’s degree majoring in business or engineering or similar, 11+ years of experience in the end-to-end supply chain, including 6+ years of experience in management roles and 5+ years in S&OP;, demand and/or supply planning.
Knowledge of business units, products and geographies within the organization, including: An in-depth understanding of sales, finance, demand planning and supply planning; Working knowledge of the commercial side of the business in the region as well as operations; Product life-cycle management.
