C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga, Spain, or from home. After an intensive selection process, Anaplan's planning software was chosen initially for financial planning. Following a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out further to cover all planning scenarios in the financial and business navigation areas. This project involves collaboration with Anaplan and an external service provider. Internal capabilities will be developed to enable maintenance and further development independently. The team currently includes one Anaplan Model Builder, one Product Manager, supported by an Integration Specialist. We are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant to complete this team. You will support our implementation project in close collaboration with the external partner, owning the configuration and maintenance of central models and the Data Hub, maintaining the data dictionary, and serving as the final support level for defect resolution. Your responsibilities include creating and managing data models, calculations, and business logic, developing and optimizing planning processes, integrating data from various sources, and testing and validating models to meet business requirements. You will work with external service providers and directly with Anaplan, bringing deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, ideally in finance within the retail industry. A strong understanding of financial planning, business processes, and data flow is essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and proactively, and experience in project work and management support are required.
