About the Role.
We're looking for a digitally-savvy, hands-on, and growth-driven Campaign Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team in Iberia, focusing on driving demand generation for our CRM segment across Spain and Portugal. This is a pivotal role for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about delivering measurable business impact. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition. Working closely with Sales, Business Units, and global marketing functions, you'll shape and deliver high-performing campaigns that revitalise our presence in the CRM space, following the integration of Sage Sales Management (formerly ForceManager) into the Sage portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to make a visible difference at a critical growth stage, elevating brand awareness, enhancing lead generation, and re-establishing Sage's footprint in the Iberian CRM market.
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week from our Barcelona Office.
Responsabilidades principales
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning;
* Collaborate with Sales and Business Unit leaders to align marketing plans with commercial goals and go-to-market priorities.
* Assist in tracking campaign budgets and performance metrics to ensure efficient use of resources.
* Support the execution of the marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal, contributing insights and helping coordinate campaign activities.
Campaign Planning & Management:
* Help maintain and update the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
* Design, brief, and manage cross-channel campaign plans covering paid, earned, and owned media.
* Work with creative, digital, and content teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, impactful, and insight-led.
Localization & Market Relevance:
* Adapt global campaigns for local markets, ensuring language accuracy, cultural relevance, and compliance with regional regulations.
* Oversee translation and localisation processes for Spain and Portugal.
* Collaborate with the team to adapt campaigns to market trends and feedback.
Campaign Activation & Performance:
* Activate campaigns across key channels and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
* Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimise for conversion and ROI.
* Track and report key performance indicators to identify new growth opportunities.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn across different areas (e.g. paid media, CRM, content, analytics).
* Is comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
* Brings a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks in a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution, ideally in B2B or tech environments.
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
* Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
