An opportunity for an quality conformance engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).

You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase:
Process performance and product adherence to standards
Reliability of processes
Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.
Specific tasks:
Lead and facilitate problem solving of your area.
Lead Quality Feedback Loops with our customer in Hamburg.
Being the quality team representative in the AOS routines of your area.
Being part of the Autonomous Production Team working together with all operational functions.
Analyze and lead eradication of Non Quality through AOS standards.
Drive efficiency through digitalization transformation of our standards.

**EDUCATION**:

- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
