Main Duties Your key responsibilities will include: Maintain sufficient mise en place levels to ensure smooth service flow, while focusing on minimizing waste Monitor the quality, consistency, appearance, and taste of all pastry products, delivering perfection in every dish Conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas, ensuring compliance with Roka’s cleanliness and safety standards Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance standards Coach and mentor Pastry Commis Chefs, helping them develop their skills and align with Roka’s high standards of quality and consistency.
