In a context of strong growth, Cardata/TheRamp is recruiting a CustomerSuccessManager(Frenchspeaking) in Barcelona, with a strong commercial dimension.
KeyResponsibilities
Act as the business and performance point of contact for assigned clients
Manage onboarding of new clients and ensure their proficiency on the SaaS platform
Support clients in implementing and optimizing digital campaigns (mainly local campaigns)
Provide recommendations on media, budgets, and acquisition channels
Manage client portfolio performance, renewals, and investment growth
Monitor business and media KPIs (ROI, leads, conversion rates, client satisfaction)
Relay and deploy national operations across retail networks
Collaborate closely with Sales, Tech, and Operations teams
Profile
Experience in Customer Success, BDR/SDR, or commercial roles in SaaS/digital marketing
Strong interest in media campaigns and commercial performance
Solid understanding of ROI and acquisition challenges
Languages: Native or bilingual French, fluent English; Spanish is a plus
Autonomous, result‐oriented, persuasive, and able to prioritize
Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
