For a new e-commerce warehouse client, we are looking for a Team Leader to lead part of the operations team in Alcalá de Henares.
Job Description
* Coordinate and organize warehouse operations: processes, products, and personnel.
* Ensure quality service standards are met.
* Manage, coordinate, and optimize logistics teams and processes.
* Maintain direct contact with clients, addressing and resolving their needs and incidents.
* Ensure management indicators are met.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Manage productivity and quality across all processes.
* Lead, train, evaluate, and motivate team members.
* Ensure compliance with workplace norms, PRL, and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements
* Valuable logistics or related field of study.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing e-commerce operations.
* Experience managing teams of more than 20 people is essential.
* Knowledge and participation in continuous improvement projects.
* Flexible and open to a constantly changing environment.
* Teamwork skills.
* Availability to work weekends and holidays, and flexibility in working hours.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* High proficiency in English, demonstrable through conversation.
* Availability to travel abroad for two weeks for training.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
* Good analytical skills and high customer orientation.
* Skills to foster teamwork within the organization.
* Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to interact at various levels internally and externally.
