Your role focuses on assisting advertisers and agencies with post-sales support, technical troubleshooting, and maximizing their use of Metas advertising tools.You will work as part of a multilingual, collaborative support team, helping clients resolve issues and improve campaign performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Operations Expert in the Advertisers Support team, you will :
Deliver post-sales support via chat, email, and phone to Spanish and English-speaking advertisers.Provide technical assistance, bug reporting, and product usage guidance.Support clients with their advertising journey by explaining tools, metrics, and strategies.Offer pre-sales and post-sales advice to help advertisers optimize their campaigns.Identify and address common issues across advertisers to improve experience and performance.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement.Your ProfileC2 in Spanish, and confident in English (B2 level or higher).Previous experience in customer support, sales, digital marketing, or a related role is a plus.Experience in customer service, digital marketing, or advertising supportHigh school diploma or higherEU nationality or valid Portuguese residence cardMust have only one Facebook accountStrong communication and problem-solving skillsInterest in social media and online marketingAvailability to work rotational shifts between 7 :
