Your Mission
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial strategy. Therefore, your main mission will be to ensure the optimization of revenue performance in the short, medium, and long term.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive the hotel’s success through several key areas:
Strategy & Planning: Determine the competitive set by segment and create sales presentations for all markets. Additionally, you will prepare technical specifications prior to the hotel’s opening.
Market Presence: Represent the hotel at various trade shows and industry conferences. Furthermore, you will identify new potential customers by examining local market trends and competitor activities.
Brand Alignment: Implement onboarding to familiarize yourself with the Hard Rock Hotels brand. Consequently, you will create a “hotel story” that includes details about rooms, F&B outlets, and the Spa.
Coordination: Coordinate internal calls to present the product to PHG and RSO HR International sales teams. Moreover, you will align with the PHG corporate office to achieve established goals.
Partnerships: Incorporate the hotel into CVB/Tourism Board plans and complete Lanyon for certain consortia.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you need to meet the following criteria:
Experience: You must have experience in hotel chain sales or as a sales manager. Specifically, a minimum of 5 years at a sales management level is required.
Sector Knowledge: Experience in holiday hotels is essential.
Skills: High negotiation and empathy skills are a must.
Language: You need an Advanced level of English .
Channels: Knowledge or experience in various distribution channels (ON/OFF) or segments (Leisure, MICE, High End) is necessary.
