We're looking for a
Senior Search Team Lead
to join our growing digital marketing team.
You'll be responsible for leading client success, ensuring campaign excellence, and driving measurable growth across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients during
US business hours
Oversee and review Google Ads accounts to maintain top performance and adherence to best practices
Develop and implement
growth strategies
across Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and Google Shopping
Conduct
account audits
, performance reviews, and optimization checks
Strategize and execute
demand generation
campaigns for
white-collar lead generation
and
eCommerce
clients
Proactively address client questions, performance concerns, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure
client satisfaction
through clear communication, reliable reporting, and consistent results
Support and guide team members to maintain high-quality campaign delivery
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing
Google Ads
for both
eCommerce
and
B2B/lead generation
clients
Strong understanding of
demand generation
, conversion optimization, and paid media funnels
Hands-on experience with
YouTube Ads
,
Google Shopping
, xohynlm and
Performance Max
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience leading a small team or managing multiple client accounts
Google Ads Certification
preferred
