Now, we’re looking for a **Store Manager (sost.de baja)** to lead our **C.C. Plaza Mar2, Alicante.**
**Your Mission**
As Store Manager, you will lead the store strategically and operationally, driving team growth, performance, customer experience, and brand representation.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Business Expertise**: a results-driven salesperson with a strong focus on driving sales and achieving commercial goals.
**Customer orientation**:committed to building customer relationships, fostering loyalty, and keeping the client at the center.
**Market Vision & KPI Focus**:use market insights and KPIs to make proactive decisions that increase revenue, enhance store performance, and support overall business success.
**Operational Excellence**:ensure daily store operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
**Team Leadership & Development**:motivate and inspire a high-performing team, while leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a **Store Manager** or **Assistant Store Manager**
- Background in **high-turnover retail** with a strong commercial focus, preferably in men’s fashion in the premium or entry-to-luxury segment.
- Strong skills in **visual merchandising**, **stock management**, **commercial planning**, and **P&L; oversight**
- Experience with **store openings** or strategic refurbishments is a plus
- A true **passion** or strong affinity for the **world of fashion**
