Data Analyst (Hybrid - Barcelona) | Pharma Sector
Are you a data expert proficient in SQL and Python looking for an international challenge? We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a strategic project for a global leader in the healthcare sector, based in Barcelona.

At Extia, it’s: ' First who, then what. ' Integrated into the Service Delivery Center (France Data & AI department), you will be the Manager’s right hand in a transversal mission. Improve data production flows and ETL workflows (Databricks/SSIS).
Data Reliability: Analyze and ensure the accuracy of data models and existing processes.
BI & Reporting: Provide BI platform support and create high-impact dashboards using Power BI.
Coordination: Act as a technical bridge between French management, customer service, and offshore production teams.
KPI Management: Define production KPIs and monitor quality control to identify areas for improvement.
Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL and SQL Server (Modeling, complex querying, and various DBMS).
Solid experience with Python (R is a plus).
Business Intelligence: Experience with Power BI and OLAP cubes.
ETL: Familiarity with workflows (Databricks, SSIS).
Office: Advanced Excel skills.
Location: Must be based in Barcelona or surrounding areas (Hybrid model).
Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory (essential for daily coordination with the French team and offshore partners).
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar data management or BI role.
Model: Hybrid (Office in Barcelona + Remote days).
