Spanish Customer Service Representative – Grupo Norconsulting

Location: On-site – Athens, Greece (Remote / Hybrid after relocation)

Norconsulting is currently recruiting a Spanish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and international team in Athens. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering high‑quality support in a fast‑paced environment.

Full relocation and accommodation are covered from Spain to Greece, and after 2–3 months there is the option to return to Spain and continue working remotely.

Responsibilities
* Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service.
* Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
* Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, support, or similar roles.
* Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
* Good level of English for internal communication.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
* Team‑oriented attitude with a customer‑first approach.
