We are looking for a Project Admistration and Coordination with native level of French and advanced level of English in our office in Barcelona (Spain).

The primary objective of the role is to coordinate, organize and execute all administrative tasks related to the training activity for all Customer's brands: LMS administration, organization of the planning, create and manage events based on provided details. The secondary objective is to coordinate training projects, mainly in the automotive industry, applying VPS processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

LMS Administration:

- Create and duplicate local curricula
- Create events for all training courses and all learning modalities (VCT/F2F/WBT) according to the defined schedule
- Upload materials into the LMS
- Manage catalogues and integrate modules into the LMS
- Support training providers
- Manage "Level 2" requests transmitted by the network via the Back Office Assistance team with associated systematic response
- Assign training to targeted functions
- Regularly monitoring the LMS functionalities: detection of technical malfunctions and creation of tickets with follow-up of the treatment and closure of incidents / Continuous improvement
- Create and update/display type reports in the LMS

Project Coordination:

- Analyse customer requests and determine appropriate course of action, develop program plans by monitoring and implementing schedules, analyse risks and develop mitigation plans
- Coordinate training related projects by carrying out the following task independently:

- Coordinating the project work
- Planning follow-up
- Developers and trainers work follow-up
- Communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders

- Monitor vendors, agencies and internal contributing departments involved in assigned projects
- Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and to meet the changing needs of the organisation.

Core Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications

Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree required.

Education / Qualifications:

Degree in Project Administration/Management, or related field. In the absence of formal qualifications, relevant experience and/or demonstrable skills will be considered.

Specific Experience

1–3 years of experience in web content management or digital communications. xcskxlj

Requirements:

- Strong affinity with IT and understanding of processes: interfaces, data transfer management, etc.
- Experience in Learning Management Systems - LMS
- Proven professional experience in an international training organisation or in a comparable position with similar tasks, for at least 1 year
- Professional experience as a Training Project Manager in an international training organisation or in a comparable position with similar tasks, for at least 2 years.
- Mastery of pedagogical engineering
- Identification with the corporate culture (efficiency, results orientation, flexibility, adaptability, short-term change management)
- Sales and After-Sales standards knowledge - distributor functions & positions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (spelling and rhetoric)
- Perfect command of current applications:
- MS365 package with particular knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPointLanguage skills: Native French - Fluent English
- Personality with leadership
- Rigour, organisation and autonomy
- Ability to analyse and summarise
