This enables us to stay close to our product users, providing the best possible support and ensuring that our technical service reaches customers worldwide.We are looking for a Bioprocess Engineer or Scientist with a background in life sciences to join the Production Engineering team. This role supports the manufacturing of reagents through the development, optimization, and implementation of production processes, while also contributing to new product development and scale-up.The ability to communicate with the client is also required, in order to centralize the development of the company's projects.
Design, optimize, standardize, implement, and validate production processes to ensure efficient and scalable manufacturing workflows.Work closely with the R&D Department to design, develop and validate production processes and support the transfer, implementation and maintenance of new or modified products, ensuring manufacturability, optimization, and cost-effectiveness.Generate and maintain quality system documentation related to production processes and/or the product itself.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing, aiming to increase product robustness and cost-efficiency.Work closely with the Production Department to ensure proper execution and scale-up of manufacturing processes.Analyse deviations and non-conformities in production processes and raw materials and promote the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.Actively participate in product development phases as required, based on project leader and/or R&D management direction.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area such as Science or Biotechnology.Experience in regulated environments and quality systems.Experience in emulsion production processes and emulsion stability. Good writing and verbal communications skills in English.
