About the Role The role of the legal head of the Spain subsidiary.
Responsibilities
- Serve and support Spain's daily legal needs, including but not limited to:
- Business contact of the Legal Department at the Spain subsidiary.
- Contract drafting and review.
- Daily operations and business legal consultation.
- Assist in handling arbitration and disputes.
- Conduct business-related legal research and maintain the legal regulations database.
- Explain legal concepts and regulatory guidelines to business departments.
- Handle compliance matters related to the business of the Spanish subsidiary.
- Maintain corporate governance information of the Spanish subsidiary.
Qualifications
- Have a legal education background in Chinese law and a legal education background from law schools in European countries;
- Have legal professional qualifications;
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Spanish;
- 3-5 years of work experience in a law firm (preferably with experience as a corporate legal advisor) or a similar position within a company (preferably with experience as an in-house legal counsel).
- Possess the ability to withstand work pressure, prioritize tasks, and self-regulate work. xugodme
