We are looking for a Sales Manager for South Europe to lead sales in the region and promote opportunities, hands on sales experience- drive incremental growth within an established portfolio across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. The position is quota-carrier and the ideal candidate brings experience in technology sales (broadcast and media, telecom) in the relevant regions, demonstrates sales expertise and account-management fundamentals, and is comfortable operating across multiple markets with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the sales cycle: discovery, standard demos, pricing, proposals, and coordinated negotiations. Respond to inbound opportunities and qualified leads in the region. Manage a defined portfolio of existing accounts across South Europe. Coordinate renewals, monitor contract timelines, and ensure smooth execution of SLAs and service agreements. Identify incremental upsell opportunities within the installed base. Provide structured forecasting and maintain data quality in CRM. Participate in selected customer visits and local events when required. Support joint plans, basic enablement, and structured follow-up on shared opportunities. Ensure partner activities are aligned with LiveU’s commercial framework. Work closely with Sales Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Product, Orders, and Finance to ensure delivery excellence. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales position. Demonstrated ability to manage existing accounts Experience selling or supporting hardware, software, cloud, or connectivity services. Understanding of the broadcast/production environment is beneficial. Experience working with resellers or distributors across multiple markets is an advantage. Languages: English, Spanish – mandatory, Italian – beneficial Strong organizational and follow-up skills across multiple accounts. Structured, accountable, and service-oriented. Strong communicator with solid relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently and coordinating across cultures.
