You will work within the engineering team to elevate quality, from requirements analysis to test strategy and execution. - Define and execute functional and non-functional tests aligned with the test strategy
- Review requirements, backlog and designs for testability and traceability
- Create and maintain test cases across lifecycle stages
- Develop automated test code and integrate third-party automation tools
- Manage test environments and infrastructure for stability and scalability
- Track defects, analyze results, and monitor quality metrics
- Document test results, tooling guides, and best practices
- Contribute to risk assessments and ensure compliance with QAPs, SOPs, and working instructions
- Lead process improvements and participate in QA initiatives
- Mentor teammates to promote built-in quality mindsetResponsabilidades
- Proven QA or Test Automation experience in software testing
- Experience building test frameworks via code (Python, Java, JavaScript) or with modern automation tools
- Strong ability to review architectural designs and assess risks and traceability
- Familiarity with SOPs, QAPs, and quality guidelines
