As a member of the development team, you will:
* Participate in ceremonies related to Agile Scrum (wow)
* Investigate bugs reported by users or technical teams
* Prepare, document, and implement changes across environments
* Manage requests and support network maintenance and improvements
* Administer Network LAN/WAN/SD-WAN
* Manage firewalls & load balancers
* Promote delivery excellence
* Collaborate with Tech and InfoSec teams
* Own project management responsibilities
* Communicate clearly and timely
* Bring previous technician experience
Requirements:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications
* Technical expertise if degree is not in the field; focus on cloud (40%) and other setups (60%), including firewall management
* Experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
* Load balancer experience (GTM/LTM)
* Knowledge of Wifi / DHCP
* LAN/WAN/SD-WAN expertise
* Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, etc.)
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to handle challenging stakeholders
* English proficiency B2
* Problem-solving skills
* Proactive with a mindset of continuous improvement
