BA IAM Compliance & Audit Specialist — Barcelona | Hybrid model | Global impact. Ready to play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our IAM services? Your Role:
1. Oversee regulatory and legal requirements related to Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring alignment with internal policies and external standards.
2. Prepare documentation and participate in audits, acting as a subject matter expert for IAM to demonstrate regulatory adherence.
3. Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) teams to develop, update, and enforce policies and procedures, embedding security controls and compliance best practices.
4. Maintain and update the IAM risk register, identifying key risks and patterns, and ensure timely escalation to stakeholders.
5. Work with local security and data protection officers to refine security interfaces and support regional compliance reviews.
6. Identify opportunities to automate compliance controls and implement continuous monitoring.
7. Deliver training and raise awareness around IAM compliance across the organization.
8. Act as a central point of contact for IAM-related compliance questions, fostering communication and supporting process improvements.
What You Bring:
* A strong sense of professionalism, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a curious and questioning mindset.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and proactively in a global team environment.
* Solid understanding of European and international regulatory frameworks related to information security, especially in highly regulated sectors.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or compliance, ideally in IAM, privileged access, incident management, or enterprise security controls.
