What will you do?
* Deliver first‑level customer support for home and business printing products
* Provide presales assistance and accurate product information
* Support resellers and manage warranty service arrangements
* Handle customer contacts through phone, email, chat, or social media
Candidate profile
Technical qualifications
* Solid knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
* Familiarity with image editing tools and relevant applications
* Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting processes
* Previous experience in hardware support (especially phone / email‑based)
* Technical training or strong technical background preferred
Personal skills
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability
* Ability to stay composed under pressure
* Native Dutch language skills (written and oral)
* High level of English; additional European language is a plus
* Excellent communication and service orientation
* Team player and quick learner
