We are looking for individuals with previous customer service experience and an advanced level in one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), along with fluent English. Handling inquiries and providing customer service to clients in the Nordic region, ensuring satisfaction and proper resolution of requests.
Maintaining data and records in the system according to established procedures.
Education in administration, business, or related fields.
Previous experience in customer service or administration, ideally in international environments.
Advanced level in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Good command of IT tools and management systems.
Temporary contract until approximately April 2026 (maternity leave cover).
