In this role you help financial institutions protect digital channels and reduce fraud by configuring and deploying IBM Trusteer and Safer Payments. You will work with cross-functional client teams to translate risk signals into actionable controls and integrate solutions into authentication and payment workflows. You’ll analyze telemetry and experiments to optimize detection while balancing user experience, driving measurable fraud reduction.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Deliver expert consulting on Trusteer and Safer Payments configurations, deployments, and usage
- Implement end-to-end fraud and threat solutions across web/mobile channels and payment flows
- Collaborate with fraud, risk, digital channels, and security teams to integrate risk signals via APIs and event streams
- Analyze digital telemetry, device signals, and transaction data; run simulations and back-tests to optimize detection
- Provide guidance on device fingerprinting, behavioral anomaly detection, bot/malware mitigation, and risk-based authentication
- Support client adoption through training, playbooks, dashboards, and KPI establishment; ensure smooth go-live and handover to production

Responsabilidades

- Exposure to Fraud & Threat Management products: IBM Trusteer and IBM Safer Payments including configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis
- Experience implementing Trusteer and Safer Payments with web/mobile channels and real-time scoring
- Experience analyzing telemetry and transaction data; back-testing and experimentation to improve detection and reduce false positives
- Knowledge xugodme of banking standards and regulations (PSD2/RTS SCA, GDPR) and model governance
- Client-facing technical experience (pre/post-sales engineer, TAM, or integration engineer)
- Strong web/API fundamentals (XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, REST) and SQL experience
- Linux administration, networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, firewalls, proxies)
- English: Advanced/Professional
- Familiarity with fraud/payments risk best practices and risk-based authentication
- OpenShift/Kubernetes experience and performance optimization (preferred)
