We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales activities across the Spain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, a strong network in the healthcare or medical device industry, and proven success in managing B2B sales, public health care institutiona and distributor partnerships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, and increasing market penetration in this important region.Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy tailored to Spain, in alignment with global goals.Drive revenue and profitability through direct sales and distributor management.Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and partners.Identify and onboard suitable distributors, provide them with training and regular support.Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity in the region;
provide actionable insights.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and product demonstrations.Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Report regularly on sales performance and forecasts to the Territory manager for Spain and PortugalRequirements :
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or diagnostics industry.Strong knowledge of the Spanish markets and healthcare systems.Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience working with distributors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).Fluency in Spanish and English.Willingness to travel frequently across the Spain.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.What We Offer :
