Sr. Human Resources Analyst, Amazon Logistics
The Sr. HR Assistant is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support to our Fulfillment Center Associates. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Key job responsibilities
* Ensure data integrity in our HR Information Systems and maintain updates in employee information, benefits enrollments, issuing time cards, and other administrative tasks related to HR topics.
* Act as an HR advisor providing guidance on payroll, benefits, associates’ scheduling, and other inquiries.
* Partner with site managers to ensure the correct schedule pattern and crew sheets of associates.
* Support recruiting and safety departments with new hire orientation, safety talks, interview loops, and badging process management.
* Track HR metrics (Attendance, Attrition, Overtime, and other internal metrics) and collaborate with internal teams to improve internal dashboards for business leaders.
* Manage, track, and report monthly budget to HR and Finance leaders.

As Sr HR, no two days will be the same; we partner as close advisors for the Operation, guiding through Policies and Guidelines to provide the best experience for the people and strategic mechanisms to mitigate risks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* High school or Bachelor's degree
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
* 1+ years of customer service experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years of human resources functions experience
* Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
* Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
