- Soporte a los técnicos de compensación y incentivos en la gestión inherente al departamento, referente a nómina y temas relacionados con compensación y beneficios.
- Soporte en proyectos internacionales relacionados con Compensación & Beneficios.
- Soporte en el proceso de nómina y administración de personal.
- Soporte comunicaciones en sistema red y demás comunicaciones obligatorias.
- Gestión de las encuestas del INE y demás reportes oficiales.
- Colaboración en las diferentes áreas de P&C; y proyectos que se lleven a cabo.
**TU PERFIL**:
- Grado en RRLL, ADE, Derecho.
- Conocimientos de Excel, valorables conocimientos en SAP.
- Buen nível de inglés.
- Persona orientada al detalle, proactiva y con un perfil analítico.
